Criteria and Application Details

Amount Up to $1000
Awarded Once a year to one applicant
Purposes funded To assist a deaf person to gain an educational qualification
Eligibility criteria

Applicants must

  • Be deaf (hearing loss of 60dB or more in better ear)
  • Live or have their study base in Auckland
  • Be attending an approved course at a tertiary institution, preferably as a full-time student
