| Eligibility Criteria |
Applicants are required to:
If the Hearing Impairment is an Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) the applicant is required to provide a copy of a letter signed by a physician or audiologist confirming the APD diagnosis Have returned an NFD Trust Accountability Form for any previous funding received from the NFD Trust. Failure to complete and return this form will result in the applicant no longer being eligible for consideration for future funding from the NFD Trust |

| How to apply |
All applicants must fill out the official application form. Photocopies and scans of the application form are acceptable Photocopies of the form are acceptable Email your completed applicaton form to enquiries@nfd.org.nz or post it to: NFD Trust |

| Opening date for applications | 1 February | |||
| Closing date for applications |
31 March. Any applications received after this date will not be accepted. Applicants will be notified of the progress of their application no later than 31 May. |

| Accountability | All successful applicants are required to complete and return a Receipt Form, on receipt of the funds granted to them, and an Accountability Form on completion of their course or activity that the funding was for. Failure to complete and return these forms will result in the applicant no longer being eligible for consideration for future funding from the NFD Trust | |||
